Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Touch-up Large Box Braids (Bra-strap).

Clients are required to remove old hair and wash their scalp before coming in for a touch-up service.

You can choose to get 2 rows in the front and 1 in the back or 3 rows in the front for your touch-up.

It's best to wait at least 24 hours before washing your hair post-touch-up to allow the new braids to settle.

We recommend getting touch-ups every 4-6 weeks to maintain the neatness and style of your braids.

Use a lightweight leave-in conditioner and a gentle scalp oil to keep your scalp healthy and your braids shiny.

If your braids are excessively old or damaged, a full re-braid may be necessary instead of a touch-up.
